Stretch-n-Grow is an early childhood physical education program that focuses on improving the health and fitness level of children.  30 minutes of continuous fun with skill-specific equipment and safe and effective exercises designed for young children.  Exercise emphasizing the large muscle groups, motor skills, coordination, balance, resistance, flexibility and aerobic activity.  Classes available for ages 18 months - 5 years and much more .
